House Rules & Policy

At Handlebar Hotel, located at 50 South Red Hill Street in Weaverville, California, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take a moment to carefully review our terms and conditions that apply to all reservations and stays.

Reservation and Payment Policies

Booking Methods: Reservations can be made online. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.

Payment Requirements: Full payment is due at time of booking. we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Apple Pay.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of 7%. Guests must email info@Handlebarhotel.com or call 808-639-9207 by 11am PT. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, no refunds will be made. You may make changes to your reservation, including switching dates and reducing the number of Cabins/Rooms or keep the credit on file for a future dates. ( up to 90 days ) up to 7 days before your arrival (by 11am PT) for no charge. Within 7 days, no changes to the reservation are allowed. 

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-In: Standard check-in time is 3 PM.

Check-Out: Guests are required to check out by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability.

Children and Pets

We are dedicated to providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests. In order to preserve this serene atmosphere, we maintain a property that is comfortably free of children under the age of 18. Additionally, for the comfort and safety of everyone, we do not allow personal pets; however, certified service animals are warmly welcomed. Thank you for your understanding as we craft a tranquil retreat for your rejuvenation.

Smoking

Handlebar Hotel is a non smoking property. Guests who smoke in cabins or rooms will be automatically charged a minimum $400 cleaning fee to properly remove, clean, and replace all furnishings and materials. Guests will be prevented from booking a future stay. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, and e-cigarettes.

Trip Insurance

During online booking, you may choose to purchase 'Trip Protection' insurance. This allows you to cancel your reservation at any time for any reason. For a flat rate of $45.00. Trip protection can not be added after you've made a reservation. Please review your options before booking.
